Terms and Conditions

  • Money once paid is non-refundable. Kindly resolve all your queries before making the payment.
  • Applicants will make the final decision before applying to a university/program/position, etc. Applicants are liable to ensure that they are eligible to apply and have all the necessary documents, proof of funds (if required), test scores, grades/GPA, etc. before proceeding with the applications.
  • Meetings can be rescheduled as per need, emergency, or special circumstances both by the counsellor as well as the applicant.
  • The guidance does not include visa assistance/immigration advice.
  • No outcomes regarding your applications (such as admits, funding, interview calls, responses from supervisors, etc.) can be 100% guaranteed. However, the expertise of the counsellor will help you curate the right strategy to elevate your chances of success.
  • Services are non-transferable to another party.
  • Packages can be paused for a certain duration both by the counsellor and/or the applicant in case of special circumstances and/or emergencies.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

The fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Kindly resolve your queries and read the details (inclusions) of the services and packages carefully before making the payment.

However, if the amount has been deducted more than once due to technical errors, the appropriate amount will be transferred back to the customer.

We do not collect personally identifiable information e.g., name, e-mail address, contact or similar information unless you choose to provide it to us. Billing and Credit Card Information

To enable payment, we collect and store name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other billing information. We will not disclose your billing and/or credit card information unless required by law or a court order, or unless disclosure is required to address an issue implicated by the financial transaction. For instance, if you claim that your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party we deem necessary to address the matter.

Our products and services may use social media features provided by third parties, such as the Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.


Third Party Payment Processor

We currently use third-party payment processors. When making payment, your personal information may be collected by such processors directly and not by us and will be subject to the third-party’s privacy policy. We have no control over and are not responsible for, third parties’ collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
